These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nailed by Jenny website located at nailedbyjenny.com and any related booking services. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Nailed by Jenny is a private nail artistry studio owned and operated by Jenny in Dallas, Texas. Services are provided by appointment only.

2. Appointment Bookings

All appointments are scheduled through our online booking system. By booking, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.
• Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. You may not transfer your slot to another person.
• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Nailed by Jenny.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. Cancellation and No Show Policy

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• No shows without prior notice may result in a fee equal to a portion of the service cost.
• Repeated no shows or late cancellations may result in being unable to book future appointments.

4. Services and Pricing

Service pricing is communicated at the time of booking or upon inquiry. Prices are subject to change at any time. The final price may vary based on the complexity of the design requested, length of appointment, and materials required.

Nailed by Jenny reserves the right to decline specific design requests that are outside the scope of services offered or that cannot be completed within the time allotted.

5. Health and Safety

Your health and safety is a priority. By booking an appointment, you confirm the following:

• You do not have any known skin conditions, allergies, or nail infections at the site of service.
• You will notify us prior to your appointment if you have any allergies to nail products or acrylics.
• You understand that certain nail conditions may prevent service from being performed.
• You will arrive with clean nails free of existing product unless a removal service has been booked.

Nailed by Jenny is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from failure to disclose known allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

6. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your appointment. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your results, please communicate this directly during your appointment so adjustments can be made.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design elements is the property of Nailed by Jenny. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nailed by Jenny provides services in good faith and with professional care. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
